1. How Our Shipping Works
At One Percent Jiu Jitsu, we operate as both a direct seller and a curated resource hub. This means the shipping process depends entirely on the type of product you are purchasing.

Affiliate Products: Items listed on our site that redirect you to a partner website (e.g., Amazon, BJJ Fanatics, brand sites) are fulfilled and shipped by that third-party partner.

Direct Products: One Percent Jiu Jitsu branded merchandise and digital goods are fulfilled directly by us or our print-on-demand partners.
2. Affiliate & Third-Party Products
For products where you click a "Buy on [Partner Site]" button and complete the checkout on an external website:

Shipping Rates & Times: Shipping costs and delivery estimates are determined solely by the third-party vendor. We do not have control over their carriers or processing times.

Tracking: You will receive tracking information directly from the vendor (e.g., Amazon or the specific brand) via the email address you provided on their website.

Split Shipments: If you purchase recommended items from multiple different vendors found on our resource hub, they will arrive in separate packages and likely at different times.

Customer Service: For questions regarding the status of an affiliate shipment, please contact the customer support team of the vendor you purchased from directly.
3. Direct Orders (Fulfilled by One Percent Jiu Jitsu)
For items purchased directly through the One Percent Jiu Jitsu checkout (e.g., Branded Apparel, Patches, Stickers):

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days (United States) once processed.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues outside our control.
Digital Products

Digital downloads (training logs, e-books, subscriptions) are delivered instantly via email upon purchase. No physical shipping is required.
4. International Shipping

Affiliate Products: International availability depends entirely on the third-party vendor’s policy.

Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. One Percent Jiu Jitsu is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.
5. Order Tracking (Direct Orders)
When your direct order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at coach@onepercentjiujitsu.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Affiliate Orders: Please contact the vendor (e.g., Amazon, BJJ Fanatics) directly to file a claim.

Direct Orders: One Percent Jiu Jitsu is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your direct order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
